Bank, London. Commuters make their way through the beautiful, historic area of London, Bank. Walking through the shadows of old archways.

I hadn't intended to shoot here, but there was something about the narrowness of the alleyway that made me want to stay. Everyone would follow the same route through, and so it felt obvious to me to create a Timescape as people passed through on their daily commute.

As with all of my images, I shot over 100 individual frames, and eventually created this art work from 20 of them.

Available in various formats from canvas, prints, framed wall art and more. Created by a blend of over 30 individual layers in photoshop, from 20 photos I took in London.

I love paintings. Renaissance style paintings in particular. The texture of brush strokes and the loose lines that create the images which I could stare at for an infinite amount of time. I love visiting galleries, and the paintings there often inspires my work. Unfortunately, I cannot paint. But I can take photos and my work is where I start to blur those lines. I have always been one for pushing boundaries - taking something that one step further, further than what people tell you is possible or doable, and that mantra lives within my art work.
